Tortilla Chips - Large

Tortilla chips made from our own NZ corn tortillas, cut by hand and fried in very small batches using NON-GMO rapseed oil (not Canola).

These tortilla chips are what is know in mexico as totopos. They are lightly salted (NZ salt) and packed for you to enjoy as a snack to eat on their own, with some guacamole or to use in a dish like the authentic loaded nachos in Mexico called chilaquiles.

Weather you are using them as a snack or to add another layer of flavour or texture to your salads or soups (lightly crushed and added as gluten free croutons). Once you try these tortilla chips with only 5 ingredients (if you count the water and the hydrated limestone that was used to make the tortillas) that means these little beauties have about 18-14 less ingredients that other brands... now that's simple but careful we have been told they are addictive.
