Electric Sandwich or Panini Press (our personal favourite).
◦ Turn on and wait for the press to be hot.
◦ Warm 2-3 tortillas side by side for about 10-15 seconds until soft and floppy.
◦ Tortillas from frozen or looking a bit dry? Try dampening with your clean hands before heating.

Pro tips
If not serving immediately wrap heated tortillas in a clean slightly damp tea towel or in a tortilla cozy to retain heat and moisture.
For optimum results place the tea towel with the tortillas inside a plastic bag and grab them from there to eat.

Fridge
In a sealed container or plastic bag until you need them. see package for best before date.
On the kitchen bench In a sealed container or bag, eat within 48 hours.
Freezer
Freeze your tortillas for up to 3 months. If vacuumed packed, for best results re-stack them one by one and put it a zip bag before placing in freezer to ensure they can be separated while frozen. Use from frozen (no need to thaw).
