Shipping policy

At Yellow Not Pink, we prioritise freshness. Our delicious tortillas are baked fresh on weekends, and orders are dispatched at the beginning of the week.

  • Dispatch Days: We dispatch all orders on Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding public holidays) to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible.

  • Weekly Order Cut-off: To guarantee inclusion in the upcoming Monday or Tuesday shipment, please submit your order no later than 1:00 PM New Zealand Time (NZT) on Saturday.

  • Orders Placed After Cut-off: Any orders received after the Saturday 1:00 PM cut-off will generally be scheduled for baking and dispatch in the subsequent week.

  • Urgent Requests: Should you place an order after the cut-off (but before Monday) and require it urgently for the immediate week, please contact us. While we are happy to assist where possible, particularly for smaller orders, please note that larger orders placed after the cut-off may be deferred to the following week's shipment due to our weekend baking schedule.
