Reheating Tortillas
Pan, Skillet or BBQ hot plate (Comal)
- Heat dry (no oil) over high-ish heat.
- Warm each tortilla for about 10-15 seconds per side until soft and floppy, or for longer if you prefer them toasted and crispy.

Microwave for 30–60 seconds depending on quantity and the power of your microwave.
- Best for speed, but try not to over heat them for a soft tortilla.
Pro Tips
• If not serving immediately wrap heated tortillas in a clean slightly damp tea towel or in a tortilla cozy to retain heat and moisture.
• If tortillas are dry or cracking, wet them under the tap before reheating.
• For a different flavour, brush lightly with oil before heating them up in the skillet (no need to wet them beforehand).
Other ways to get'em warm

- Use tongs to place tortilla directly over flame.
- Flip quickly as it puffs and chars lightly 3-5 seconds.
- Adds a smoky flavour—great for tacos with a taste the country side!
